Heathlands Park is a residential retirement Park, it is a third-generation family business that takes pride in creating a beautiful and peaceful environment for you to enjoy your retirement. With it being a retirement park (65 years old and over), it has created a close and friendly community amongst the residents. We offer residential park homes that can be created to your own dream specification. 
 
Heathlands Park is in a desirable location of East Ipswich, close to the town centre of Ipswich but just outside the Ipswich town boundary, in a quiet position bordering the local golf course. Situated just outside is a bus stop that services the towns centre and two major supermarkets. Within 5 minutes walking distance is a co-op grocery store, post office, chemist, and hairdressers. Other local amenities include the Golf hotel pub, a doctor’s surgery, and Ipswich hospital.
 
The prime location also offers easy access to the Suffolk and Norfolk Heritage coast, Heathlands Park is the perfect base to enjoy these locations.

A bus service runs along the main road outside the park, serving the town centre and the two major supermarkets (Tesco and Sainsbury’s). There are also shops within easy walking distance, including a co-op grocery store, newsagents, chemist and hairdressers. Other local amenities include a post office, supermarkets, doctors, hospitals and a large pub/restaurant called The Golf Hotel which offers a range of meals.
